bridge heaven and earth

I don’t suspect that I have many responsibilities more important than that of encouraging [my grandchildren], and others to pray in a way that is acceptable to Heavenly Father. If I ever hope to measure up in terms of my parental duties, I must do what is necessary to establish dialogue with God and help loved ones to do the same. For unless we, and ours, bridge heaven and earth through prayer, our lives will have little meaning and little direction.
